What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and PayPal.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

If you’re ordering outside of the UK, you may have to pay customs charges. We always advise that you check your local legislation on import duties, customs entry fees and any other taxes before you shop, to avoid any surprises.

I don’t have an account, can I still order?

Yes you can! Remember, though, creating an account means that you can track most orders and log back in at any time to monitor its progress. Simply click on the My Account button to register or log-in

Can I order over the phone?

Right now you can only place an order online.

Can I add something to or amend my order?

If we’ve received your order, you should have received a confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your junk mail. If it isn’t in there, double-check your account to make sure the order is showing there. Contact our Customer Services team if something doesn’t match up or if there is something in-particular you want us to help with as we will do our utmost to assist.

Why has my order been cancelled?

If we email to let you know we’ve had to cancel all or part of your order, it’s because items have sold out and we’re unable to get them to you. We won’t charge you for these pieces, of course!

Can I track my order?

Normally yes as we use a tracked service with our courier. Your dispatch notification will include your tracking number. For full details of what can and can’t be tracked, check our Tracking information.

Why is my order late?

If your delivery time frame has been and gone, get in touch with our Customer Services team and they’ll look into it for you. Remember, for International Standard deliveries, please allow 7 days after despatch before getting in touch as your parcel may be delayed at customs.

My order has arrived damaged – Can you help?

Yes we can. If your order reaches you in less than perfect condition, then follow our Returns guidelines to send them back to our warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

This will depend on your location and the delivery method you choose at checkout. Click here to find out more. For UK deliveries ordered before 2pm we aim to get your delivery to you next day!

Are all your products in stock?

Due to our success we have a very fast turnaround of stock. When you select an item size, a banner will inform you of how many are available in-stock. We can only accept payment for those items we have in stock. We never ask you to pre-order, pay in full and wait 2 or 3 weeks for a delivery!

When does your sale start?
